Who we are

Jo 'n Jing Store is a family-run snack shop on Magsaysay St, Panabo City, Davao del Norte. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, mobile number and, for deliveries, your address and an optional map pin.

When you pay by QR: a screenshot of your payment and its reference number.

If you make an account: the same details, so you don't have to type them again, plus your order history.

We collect only what we need to fill your order, and we never ask for card or e-wallet passwords.

How we use it

To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order, to check your payment, and to send you order updates by email.

We send text messages only if you tick "Text me order updates", and at most two per order.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website for us: Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email) and our SMS provider. They handle your information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for our business records. Payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to settle the order and answer questions about it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Message us or visit the store and we will reply within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
